Important Hallmark notice

It’s important to note that all silver jewellery over 7.78g must be hallmarked which will be an additional £50 (if your custom made necklace is the only piece being sent to be marked). Occasionally I will be able to send your custom piece to be hallmarked as part of a batch and the fee will be considerably lower.

If the item of jewellery weighs less than 7.78g it’s your choice to have your jewellery hallmarked or not.

Timescale

2-4 weeks depending on work-load, material stock and hallmarking. I endeavour to create your order as soon as possible.

Next step

After we’ve discussed your piece of jewellery, we will agree a price and then I will create a custom listing for you in the Custom category in the shop. Once you’ve read the information you can checkout your order and I will start creating your piece of jewellery as soon as I have all of the materials that I require. You will usually receive a “processing” email within a few working days.
